Net operating procedure when connected to K6FN-L
The net will be conducted differently when connected to K6FN-L. Listed below are the operational differences.
- When you connect your call will appear at the bottom of the list
- Calls will NOT move down the list as each one transmits
- After your transmission, pass the microphone to the call below you
- If you are at the bottom of the list, after your transmission, pass the mic to the top of the list K6FN-L
- .lurk and .delurk will NOT work.
- Sysop access for moderators is not available on this server
There are plans to periodically practice the use of the backup station during our regularly scheduled nets. Check the website and/or facebook for dates when we will practice using the backup stations by participants in Our Coffee Shop nets.
